Floorball 2019 U19 Men's World Floorball Championships Qualification

27-29 September | ASB Centre, Kilbirnie | Games start at 7pm each night.

The high-paced speed and excitement of international floorball is coming to Wellington! The competition will be fierce, with three teams from the Asia-Oceania Region competing for two coveted spots at the 2019 U19 Men's World Cup in Canada next year. We have four ex-Island Bay students competing in this event, so head along to support New Zealand as they go up against Australia and Japan. Tickets: $10 adults | $5 children (Tickets valid for all three games.)

Island Bay United Holiday Football @ Wakefield Park

Compassion KidsFEST

What does compassion look like to kids? Can being compassionate also be fun? YES! Come and join our Compassion KidsFEST, Sat 6 Oct, 10am-2pm, Island Bay Presbyterian Church, 88 The Parade. There will be GIANT soup making, a follow-the-footprints track, decorate a trolley competition, carnival rides, bouncy castle, art exhibition and more. We are celebrating Mother Suzanne Aubert, a local heroine from the early 1900s who is buried in Island Bay, set to be New Zealand's first saint, and who supported people when they needed it most. Growing great marriages, partnerships and relationships evening event
This one-off evening session on relationships will be well worth it.
