Term 3 Pōwhiri - Monday 10 Aug, 9 -10.30am

The pōwhiri takes place in the school hall and is to officially welcome our new entrants, their families and other teachers, students and families who are new to our school this term. The whole school attends and all are welcome.

New families taking part in the pōwhiri should meet Maria Whiting (our Māori leader) in the Learning Hub next to the office at 8.55 am to learn more about what happens during a pōwhiri and practice a waiata (song).

You are invited to stay afterwards for morning tea in the staffroom.
