Type 1 Diabetes Monitor Fundraiser

Imagine having to finger prick your child up to 8 times a day to test their blood sugar levels.

With a CGM finger pricks are practically a thing of the past - how much nicer would that be for the child!! A child that can monitor their blood sugars easier will be more able to learn and function in class. Most children don't like to be different from their peers so the ability to just quickly scan is a lot more discreet than having to finger prick.

These monitors are not funded at the moment and at a cost of a least $100 per fortnight are out of the reach of many families. The goal of this fundraiser is to raise enough money to fund 50 monitors.
